Four tips for speaking from a podium - Yahoo! India News
The podium can be an intimidating place. Even seasoned public speakers feel anxious when standing in front of a microphone. Here are four tips for making your next speech from the podium hum with confidence:
1. Keep your feet planted and stand up straight. This will convey poise and strength, even if that's not what you're feeling.
2. Don't memorize. Unless the speech is very short, the anxiety of trying to remember your lines will only make your task harder.
3. Find a place for your hands. Put your hands in one place - for example, on the sides of the podium - and then forget about them. You will bring them up naturally to gesture as long as they have a place to return to.
4. Practice, practice, practice. Rehearse as many times as you can, in an environment as close to the real experience as possible."
(The management tips are adapted from "Speaking from a Podium: Simple Tips to Get Started" by Daniel Kennedy.)

B2B Email Append based on modeling delivers better results
A common solution to this problem is email append, the process of adding missing email addresses to a database of contacts. Email append has existed for a while, especially in consumer email marketing but hasn't really evolved much over the years. In B2B marketing, email append is still a very valuable solution and a slew of new vendors are bringing innovation that goes beyond simply matching names to a 3rd party database to see if you get a match and extract an email address. This tactic works poorly for B2B lists.
The new and more advanced way is to leverage publicly available data to model email addresses based on email formats that are commonly seen for a particular company. Using this its possible to generate all possible email addresses for a contact which can then be verified via an email verification technique that only a few companies have mastered. Such a list is a lot more valid and the better way to go.
However, you must be clear that such a list of email addresses is NOT an Opt-in list at all and you must follow CAN SPAM regulations while approaching these contact with an email.

10 way to go Organic
1. It is always better to save money by not buying too many stuff. In regards to clothes, buying expensive clothes is a long lasting investments, because you can use and re-use them over aa=nd over again by changing their combinations of tops, skirts, trousers and casual attires.
2. Get a share in a local, organic farm(CSA - Community Supported Agriculture). During growing season, it's less expensive than buying conventional produce at any nearby supermarket. Some CSA's offer fruits, maple syrup, honey, bread, and (through a collective) meat and a frozen winter share.

Ways to Save Green and Live Green at Home
1. Freecycle: Everyone has at least a few items that they don't really want but can't bear to throw away. Freecycle it. Freecycling is giving something to someone who will use it -- for free -- instead of throwing it in the garbage. It's simple: post a message on your local freecycle group's Web site, decide who will get your item, then arrange a pick up time. Members give and get everything from moving boxes to cabinetry.
2. Re-Use: A great way to help the environment and reduce your carbon footprint is to reuse items. There are two ways to reuse items. Reusing them for their original purpose, such as ziploc bags, tinfoil, plastic utensils etc. and finding new uses for things you already own. By doing this you are not consuming any more of the world's precious resources. If you can't reuse something of your own, purchasing something secondhand instead of brand new is another way to reduce your consumption of resources.
